Welcome To Sarah McKay Counseling & Acupuncture! Our providers offer individual, family, adolescent and couples counseling to address a multitude of issues that may be concerning you. These include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, abuse history, ADHD, life transitions, grief, alcohol and drug and interpersonal issues. We understand taking this step can be hard but we are here to help guide you toward living a more peaceful and fulfilling life. We provide various treatment modalities and work to take a whole-body approach to healing. We are mindful of our client's goals and needs and will work collaboratively to help you meet your goals one step at a time. Our providers have current openings for new clients including daytime and evening appointments. Appointments can take place in person, via telehealth or a combination of both with the hybrid option.
